The Negroamaro Rosé 'Il Pumo' from San Marzano is a Salento rosé with a long finish and delicate freshness. It is made solely from Negroamaro grapes and in the glass, it is bright pink with ruby reflections. The aroma is intense and persistent, with notes of cherry, rose, and pomegranate, while the taste has good body and is fresh and balanced. It pairs well with fish and grilled vegetables and has a typical pairing with octopus alla pignata.
