The Riesling ‘Cai’ from the Immich-Batterieberg winery is a fresh, immediate and soft white from the Moselle. The grapes come from fifty-year-old vines rooted in the Enkirch estate, which has its roots in written documents dating back to 908. The nose is very complex, with lime, white peach and a hint of flint. On the palate, it surprises with tension, it is light and savory. Excellent with a dish of steamed white asparagus with hollandaise sauce
