The Spumante Rosé Pas Dosé 'Riserva Della Famiglia' by Calatroni is one of the two great reserves of the Valle Versa winery, in the heart of Oltrepò Pavese. It bears the name of a family that has owned the vineyards cultivated under sharecropping for four generations since 1964. It undergoes refermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method and rests for more than 7 years on the lees, without any final dosage. On the nose, it offers aromas of baked pastry and spices, while the palate is structured and velvety, supported by lively freshness and a savory finish. Ideal with a tuna tartare
