Echézeaux Grand Cru Domaine François Feuillet 2021

The Grand Cru Échézeaux from Domaine François Feuillet originates in one of the most famous crus of the Côte de Nuits, just a step away from Vosne-Romanée. The Pinot Noir grapes come from vineyards managed organically, hand-picked and selected twice, in the vineyard and in the cellar, then aged in oak barrels, partly new, before bottling without filtration or clarification. Powerful aromas of black fruits accompanied by spicy notes emerge on the nose. The sip is rich and soft, supported by persistent but very fine tannins. Ideal with a duck breast with berries
