The ‘Falde’ White from Nicosia is a fresh and bright Sicilian white, crafted by a winery rooted on the eastern slopes of Etna. It is primarily made from Insolia, accompanied by Viognier and Carricante, with a brief cold maceration, a soft pressing, and aging in steel on the fine lees. On the nose, it reveals aromas of white flowers and tropical fruit, while the palate is dry, savory and fresh, with a light body and well balanced. A versatile label, ideal with a citrus carpaccio of amberjack.
