'3bbia' Montepascolo

'3bbia' is born from a simple yet rare idea: to unite in a single label the work of seven winemakers from the Piacentino area, which in recent years has become one of the most vibrant crossroads for the wine scene. The name plays with that of the Val Trebbia that hosts the project and already tells the choral soul of this label. The winery La Stoppa, a historic reality in Rivergaro led by Elena Pantaleoni, is home to the winemaking. The skin maceration gives the wine a bright color and a strong character. On the nose, notes of ripe fruit, wild herbs, and dried flowers open up, while on the palate, freshness intertwines with a nice savoriness, with a persistent finish. A perfect companion for a platter of cured meats and aged cheeses from the area.
